Rare earth metals
Rare earths are strategic inputs for motors, turbines and electronics. We work on concentrate offtake with full analysis.

In short
Rare earths are mined as ore, concentrated, analysed element by element and shipped to processors under licence.
- Elements
- 17 (e.g. Nd, Pr, Dy)
- Main ores
- Bastnäsite, monazite
- Measured as
- TREO %
- Priced in
- Per tonne of concentrate
What it is
Rare earth elements are 17 metals, including neodymium and praseodymium. They make the powerful permanent magnets in electric motors and wind turbines. They are mined from minerals such as bastnäsite and monazite and sold as concentrates, priced on their rare-earth oxide content (TREO).
Supplied as
- Mineral concentrates
Who buys it
- Magnets for electric vehicles and wind turbines
- Electronics and phosphors
- Catalysts and polishing
What we check before we sell
- 01Full elemental analysis (TREO content)
- 02Radioactivity screening
- 03Export licensing
